T61/R61 ultrabay option

One of the order option for optical drive is "ThinkPad Ultrabay Enhanced Travel Bezel". What is that? Is it empty ultrabay without any optical drives or just plastic plug in the empty slot? Any idea/experience? Thanks

It's just a plastic plug for an empty bay.

Sir, yes, it's just a piece of plastic as nonny mentioned. Lets say if you're travelling and don't want to carry the extra luggage of ultrabay device like a DVD/CD drive, you can simply take the bay out and insert one of these bezels to decrease the weight, protect the empty bay and to make it look good against hollowness as well.
