SOLD: T41(1.6GHz/30GB/512MB) w/ mobo issues

Up for sale is a Thinkpad T41 in good cosmetic condition. The keyboard almost looks brand new. The rest of the machine looks very good, except for a 1-cm crack in the LCD bezel which has been "repaired" with Krazy Glue (see the photos below). The XGA display is in excellent condition, except for a red dead pixel. The type/model is 2373-8RU with the following specs:

It has the problem described in this thread. In a nutshell, the GPU appears unusually sensitive to temperature, and when it exceeds 40 degree C, the display turns off and the rest of the machine becomes unresponsive, and this happens about 5 minutes after startup. Also, when the GPU is still warm, one cannot power up the machine. I have found a solution for this problem: Keep the laptop very cool by using it in front of an air conditioner, and it seems to run fine indefinitely. But of course that's not practical for most people, so I also tried using the Notebook Hardware Control program to force the cooling fan to work harder. This increases the runtime to 30 to 60 minutes, but eventually the GPU reaches 40 deg C and the display turns off. The fan that's currently in the laptop is a short fan, and I suspect that using a long one in conjuction with the NHC software will help further.

Warranty has expired. The battery lasts close to an hour. No AC adapter is included. The Win XP Pro COA sticker is instact, and I will include a set of recovery CDs.

It now includes a 30GB 4200rpm hard drive. So, the only thing missing is the AC adapter.
