R50p on IBM Certified.

#1 Post by mattbiernat » Tue Aug 28, 2007 2:56 am

I saw last week R50p on IBM certified for $575. it seemed like a good deal but before i managed to get my hands on it somebody else bought it. What is my chance of it poping out again within the next week or so?

Sir, I would suggest to give IBM a call at 1-888-SHOP-IBM (1-888-746-7426) to have them do a check on their back order inventory to see if any of those notebooks are left and verify the availability for next few weeks.

Speaking of chances this formulae will help:

According to probability:

P (probability) = n (Favorable cases) / N (Total cases)

Just plug in the values and you'll get to know your chances of it showing up on the website. :)

I saw that too. In fact, there was a special 10% off sale, so the final price was $517.50 plus sales tax.
