FedEx woes part 3: I can almost taste that T41p...

So FedEx lost it once, and they found it... Believe it or not, they lost it again... Now they just found it again... It's beyond me how a laptop can get lost twice on a sub-1000 mile trip!! Anyway, the laptop is about 300 miles away from me now, and it finally cleared Canada customs.. I just hope they can drive at least 300 miles without losing it for the third time. Unbelievable man...

Every shipper can screw up, even FedEx. (They once shipped a contract to one of my customers in the US by way of Narita Japan(!).) At least FedEx will own up to their errors and (at least) refund the shipping cost. Don't be shy about sending them a polite complaint letter and asking for some consideration.

Yeah I was thinking about it, I just wonder if they'll be able to resolve it before I leav on a trip for 11 months in 3 weeks from now
