FS: Several NOS batteries and MUCH MORE

#1 Post by BillMorrow » Wed Aug 29, 2007 5:22 pm

Moving sale:

look for more stuff to be added..
LOT about 25 Recovery CD sets for T42 series..
new..

LOT of thinkpad 701C..
about 8 ranging from pretty nice to questionable..
obviously i am keeping the best one in my collection..
price: $200..? or best offer.. plus shipping..

1 - A30 series battery.. New Old Stock IBM battery in the box, never used..

2 - T30 batteries..
again, both are NOS..

1 - T40 9 cell..
again, NOS, never used to my knowledge..

1 - T40 series port replicator..
NEW OLD STOCK sealed in the box..

1 - 770 series 2nd HDD adapter.. NOS.. sealed

LOT of 770's.. two or three.. I have two in my collection..
these are parts machines.. 1 - 13 inch display, 1 14 inch display.. 770E..

LOT - 760 series.. any interest, ask and i will list whats there..
i know there is a 760C and a really beat up 760CD or ED that runs and proves how tough thinkpads are (or were)..

make offers for ALL of the above..

i really want to just pack all this up in one carton and ship it fedex ground.. :)

You may want to take your place in line for these 701s, because the line has been formed a couple of days ago... :D

the problem is, i am moving..
and what i really wanted to do was pack it all up and sell it so i don't have to move it..

gator and several others want one or another of the batteries..

so now i don't know who wants what and who i promised a battery to..

so here is the deal..
and this supercedes all PM's except for gator..

the 701's range from very good to poor condition and it is a bit chancy..

so i will take one off the top for each person who wants one..

all you get is the 701C..
no AC adapter, floppy disk or mini-dock..
and i'm not sure if there is a HDD in each..
some yes, some no..
if i have a HDD i will send one with each 701 until i run out..

$25 each..
plus shipping..
until i run out..

for the recovery CD's for T42..
about 25 sets..
$5 each set..

or someone take it all for $300 + shipping..

respond here, please..
no PM's or emails..
first come, first serve..

(not responsible for mis-typing, dumb mistakes or the like)

i'm tired and have several weeks ahead of packing, loading, driving, unloading, etc..
thats why i want to sell it all, or at least, make the bookkeeping of multiple buyers of multiple items, easier than fielding a bunch of PM's..

Possibly interested in a 701C - I'd like to know shipping cost to Vancouver area, and what payment do you accept? I'd have to send a PayPal eCheck (PP account is dry right now and I don't have a credit card)

ko, guys..

shipping a 701C to canada would be by post..
wrapped in several layers of bubblewrap..
from USA..
my GUESS is about $20, more or less..

more when my assistant comes in tomorrow, tuesday and can do the figuering..

i will get back on the 701's available..

remember, no guarantees on this..
i will take first come first serve in this thread..
and take the top one off the stack, wrap it and mail it..

fedex would be ok, but more costly..

re. T4x batters..
ok, that and a recovery CD set for the price i responded with..
let me know..

i expect to start packing that room, where all the thinkpad stuff is, next week..
so there might be more stuff..

payment for any of this stuff can be paypal to my personal (free) account or a check..

at these amounts i'm not too worried about any bum checks..
but i prefer paypal since its so easy and if done right, free..

Could you stuff it inside a flat-rate envelope with bubble wrap?

Priority Mail International — Flat Rate

Flat-Rate Envelope (9.5" x 12.5"): $9.00

May contain items that may be sent as First-Class Mail International. The maximum weight is 4 lbs.

Here is the cost of mailing things to Canada from the US.

send it on: $100 shipped to 44124--worth so much?

yes, I have those too: and a dog-like harness for when it gets really bumpy. People should recognize sailing as a water sport.

thanks

you seem to be the first to ask for the T40 battery..

$30 + postage..

remember, this is NOS and i have no idea of the condition..

please email your mail address with payment via paypal..
if using a CC then add $2 for paypal fees..
