How come the R&R partition is not hidden anymore?

How come the R&R partition is not hidden anymore?

Seems I installed Raxio Easyrecorder or some other software(not sure), then the R&R partition showed up, and never hide anymore.

How to hide it again? Thanks

Go into the BIOS and make sure the predesktop area is set to "Normal"
T60 2623-D7U, 3 GB Ram.
Dual boot XP and Linux Mint.
