will R&R reinstall leave other partitions alone?

For those who have run R&R -- is there only one option to wipe the entire drive/MBR/partition table, and put it back in its factory state? Or is there an option to preserve existing (possibly non-Windows) partitions, so that R&R just wipes and reinstalls the Windows partition?
