#1 Post by Liamo0o » Thu Aug 30, 2007 9:24 pm

Hi, I have a T61p and the resolution is nice, but a bit hard to read - do any of you know how to perm. increase the font size on websites/document --- ctrl +scroll wheel works but is only for a temporary session :(

Thanks a bunch,
Liam

I think the best way is to change the DPI setting. Right-click on an open area of the Desktop, choose Properties > Settings > Advanced. On the General tab is where you can change the DPI setting. I personallly chose a custom setting of 111% for my 14.1" SXGA+ display.

FYI: the 15.4 WUXGA screens are 147 DPI

For comparison: a 1280x1024 17" monitor is at the default 96 DPI

GomJabbar,
how did you choose 111% in DPI?
default options are 90 and 120 DPI, custom settings don't have this option too..
or you just typed in 111% DPI??
1. T43 2668-B97 14" SXGA+ 1.5G RAM 9cells
2. X60s 1703-CA3 powerful
