IBM T40 2373-92U
Win XP Pro with Sp2
Mini Dock
Acer 17" LCD running at 1280x1024.
Is there anything I can do to make this look more clear? It looks fine when running 1400x1050 on the notebook but when going to the external lcd, it does not look so great.
Thanks for your help.

Are you running on the DVI output? I know there are limiations on the IBM drivers and dvi out, but I think it's 1280 which is what you say you're running. More than likely just make sure you're running your LCD at it's proper resoultion and that should clear it up.

Jimg is probably right - most likely you're not running your external LCD at its native resolution. Try bumping it down to 1024x768 and seeing if that clears it up.
