#1 Post by RWDPLZ » Sun Sep 02, 2007 8:25 pm

Is it possible to upgrade the stock wireless b wireless card in an A31 to use WPA encryption? I can only get it to use WEP encryption.

I popped a generic Intel 2200G internal mini-PCI in my A31 and it worked without the 1802 error and with Intel's generic drivers.

That should work for you, too.

If you'd like your modem back, you can just pop in a modem CDC, that's what I did, too.

Good luck.
