firmware HD update

Hello fellow thinkpad users, I'm in need to upgrade the firmware on my IBM T43. With great resources on this message board, I've found the perfect solution for updating the firmware on my Hitachi Travel Star (HTS721010G9AT00). Sadly, it seems that the file 5K7K100_Revised.rar is longer hosted on rapid share. Anybody know where I can find this file, thanks :D
