Increase LCD Brightness on Battery Power

How do I turn up the LCD Brightness to "Max" setting (under battery power) so it matches the brightness when hooked up to AC adapter? I've already got it on Max using Fn-Home but I'm a shade darker than under AC power...I've looked everywhere for the software switch...

ThinkPad Configuration > set brightness to High instead of Normal when on battery power. This setting is also available in the BIOS menu.
