Trackpoint middle mouse

#1 Post by krymson » Sun Oct 31, 2004 1:11 am

Is there a way to use the middle trackpoint button as a middle mouse button? I've downloaded the synaptic drivers and they dont let me do this.

Seems to work fine as a middle mouse button in Suse for me.

Yeah, it's annoying how the drivers only let you choose between magnify and scroll.

Another question is this - if you can set it to be a middle mouse button, would pressing it still remove that annoying white pixel that pops up ever so randomly?

Yes, I googled and found lots of linux people getting it to work as a middle mouse. But I definetly want this to work in XP.

Although I imagine middle mouse would be more crucial in linux.
