Hi,

whenever i run system update, it allways wants to update the intel driver, even if I installit, reboot and run system update straight away.

Is this normal

Yes, there is a bug in Thinkvantage System Update, some people will say Windows update overwrites the drivers but that is not true. Lenovo is looking into this matter.

You can verify whether the driver is installed or not by looking in the installation history in the System update.
"I've come a long, long way," she said, "and I will go as far,
With the man who takes me from my horse, and leads me to a bar."
The man who took her off her steed, and stood her to a beer,
Were a bleary-eyed Surveyor and a DRUNKEN ENGINEER.

Thanks for the (as allways) quick and accurate response.

I was wondering if something was amiss, but feel better about it now.

Thanks, Paul.
