Lost Reliability Monitor Data when installed Roxio 10

I installed the new Roxio EMC 10 which is supposed to fix the Vista 64 issues. Well one of the drivers would not install as it is not signed.

That aside, when I checked the Reliability Monitor, it had been truncated to August 20.

When I Uninstalled Roxio EMC 10, the data returned to the reliability monitor.
