T60 "s" key not responding all the time

I'm hoping someone on here can help me out with this. The 's' key on my T60's keyboard only responds when I really punch down hard and directly downwards. It also sounds different from the other keys when it is pressed, not the usual subdued click but more of an actual "click." I'm not sure what is causing this and how to remedy it. It really slows down typing (I've had to retype parts of this message quite a few times already) and I am hoping it doesn't call for a new keyboard. The T60 is 7 months old and gets moderate use, but I think the problem with this key is that it gets more use than others (being in the WASD cluster, ahem). Any suggestions?

If you system is still under warranty, call IBM/Lenovo and tell them your problem. They will overnight you a new keyboard.
