Specific Screwdriver

Hi guys.
Is there any specific screwdriver to use with the weird M2 flat-head nylon coated screws?

I believe a 1/8" flat-head plus a #0 Phillips will handle almost all the screws inside a Thinkpad.
T60 (2007-66U): upgraded to C2D T7400, 2GB DDR2-667, Hitachi Travelstar 5k250, 14" SXGA+, ATI Mobility Radeon X1400 (sold).
T61 (8891-CTO): C2D T7300, 4GB DDR2-667, Hitachi Travelstar 5k250, 14" SXGA+, Nvidia Quadro FX 570M (128MB).
