upgrading video card on T60?

Since I've already "pimped out" my T60 in the form of a T7600 Core2Duo and a 7K200 HDD, I'd like to upgrade the video next.

Is it possible to upgrade my Radeon X1300 card to something faster? Can I just buy some laptop card on Ebay or do I have to buy a card made specially for the T6x series?

You have to replace the system board to change the GPU.
