T60 burner stopped working

Hey, my burner on my laptop just stopped working out of the blue. I tried different media, searching for drivers and all but nothing has worked. Here is a picture of the error I get in Imgburn (and other programs). http://i18.tinypic.com/6fubr68.jpg

Anyone have any clue what to do?

As luck would have it, mine failed this week too. Started making loud noises all of a sudden and failed to do anything else. No reading, no writing.

Called up Lenovo, got a new one, problem solved.

Your T60's warranty is still available, so make good use of it by calling Lenovo and complain about the burner.

Clue: Get a replacement burner from Lenovo.
