I just bought a barebone T22, I have a couple of questions

I just bought one off ebay and had a couple of questions. I know that the memory ram of a T22 will take is a PC100 but do they also take PC133? Also, the T22 I have is a 13 inch screen display instead of the standard 14 inch. I have a couple of parts laying around like battery, optical drive, and ac adapter that was used on a T23. Do you think the parts will fit in the 13 inch version T22?

Only some PC133 ram will work. Mostly all parts in the T20 to T23 series are interchangable.

Good luck,

If you have PC133 modules from that T23, it's safe to test them on the T22. If they don't work, the laptop won't start up properly, but nothing will be damaged. Just make sure you ground yourself prior to and during handling the modules. This can be done simply by touching metallic furniture with your feet.

The only difference between the 13 inch version and the 14.1 inch version is the screen. The bezel around the screen is wider to make up for the smaller screen. The rest of the parts are the same..
