Do the T30 and T40 use the same memory modules?

Do the T30 and T40 use the same memory modules? I have seen PC 2700 memory on EBAY for the T30 and it also references the T40. There seem to be more offered when you reference the T40. I am looking for a 1 GB module for my daughter's T30. and it appears that T40 memory would work. I believe I read in this forum that you could upgrade a T30 to at least 1GB. When I looked at the Crucial site for T30, it only showed 256 and 512 modules.

Recommended memory for T30 is PC2100. PC2700 will work fine but at 2100 speed. It is a bit cheaper though. Maximum Ram is 2gig

Got the modules yesterday and this made the hole difference.
Much faster responce on everything.
