WTB: T40 system board or base with system board

Got a T40 - 2372-19U with a bad system board (as evident in recent posts in the T40 forum - GPU and HD controller it seems) so looking for an idea on replacements - cost, availability.

I do NOT want to go through this again, so good stuff please. Upgrades considered too.
