How long is the battery warranty ?

I bought my T60 last year in September 27.My battery barely lasts 43 minutes now .Is the any warranty on this part ?

1 year.

The designed capacity of the battery wears out with your usage.

You can also verify whether it was a part of Battery Recall or not.

Talked to IBM today .There is a new battery on the way .
