Is the A31p TCPA 2 compliant?

I tried to download the latest Embeded Security Software v5.4 but during the IBM auto detect it only allows v5.3. Looking around I see that 5.4 is only available for TCPA 2.0 compliant systems but the detail documentation for my A31p 2653-R6U says it is TCPA 2.0 compliant. Which is wrong?
