Tablet shuts down during sleep mode

Hi all,

My X61 tablet (just a few weeks old) randomly decides to shut down when I put it to sleep by closing it. Sometimes I open it up and it's fine; other times I open it up and it has shut down. When I then start it up again, Vista informs me that windows has recovered from a serious error.

Today I sent it to sleep, then opened it up a few hours later and Vista wouldn't boot, saying that it failed to start because a required device could not be found.

Has this happened to anyone? Does anyone have any ideas?
