Yes, it did. I had some trouble writing to the drive since by default we don't get write permissions for external hard drives. I had to install another package for that, but once I did that it worked with no problems.

the 2 dongle cables that are included are a male 6-pin and a male 4-pin?

are there cables that are a female 6-pin that i can use with this card?

I don't think so, but you can just buy a male-to-female converter.

Why would you need a female 6-pin anyway?

Sweet. Looks like the Apricorn one is no longer being sold by them...they were probably trying to clear them out at the $25 level and succeeded...so I went ahead and ordered the IBM one you linked to. Thanks for the heads-up.
