Skipping DVD's on 2623-D6U

When I bought this machine I corrected this issue, but I switched to Vista andd It came back. DVD's blip about every 30 seconds. I obtained the correction in this forum then but now I need to do it again. HELP!

It was the removaf some kind of Hot key ATI thing Someone please remind me. Thanks

I don't know how it's done in windows vista, but on xp it was:

Start -> Run -> services.msc and hit enter -> Find "Ati hotkey poller" in the list -> Right-click, select properties -> Select startup type to "Disabled".
