T60 Fedora 7 sound problem

#1 Post by ajescobar » Tue Sep 18, 2007 3:16 pm

Hello,

I have a T60 running Fedora 7. I installed the softphone x-lite but I am having problems with the sound system. The other end hears a lot of noise.

How can I review the configuration of the sound system and verify that is working properly.

Thanks

Did sound work before softphone?

Try the sound card detection program and see if you can generate sound. I have F7 running on my T60 but haven't tried to use the microphone yet.
