Lenovo is good!

I've been a Thinkpad fan since my 600x (which still lives as a standby system).

I got my daughter a Z60. It survived a dousing from a roof leak. The keyboard directed the water out of the front.

I got a computer illiterate friend of mine a Lenovo desktop system because of the system restore. He did some awful web stuff and got infected, and I told him to press F11 and follow instructions to get to Rescue and Recovery. He was back on the air in short order.

My daughter is having problems with her HP laptop. The AC Adapter connection to the motherboard is bad and she needs to send it in to get replaced. They put her through about 2 hours of "try this and try that". When my T23 had the same problem it was picked up the next morning and back the day after (pickup to delivery, 24 hours). She's soon to be a convert.
