What is with all the virus emails from Bill@thinkpads.com?

Has anyone else gotten these? I've gotten at least 4 already, thankfully, NOD32 is ahead of the game.

I haven't gotten any of them.

What is possible is that someone has your email address and Bill's in their address book (perhaps someone on this forum you've exchanged emails with). The virus that they have grabs two random addresses and assigns one as the 'To' and one as the 'From'...
