Keyboard Letters on Lenovo 3000 v100

The letters that are painted on each key on the keyboard are rubbing off...my O, N and L keys are completely black. The white paint on my A, S, D and M keys are partially rubbing off too.

I called up Lenovo to ask if they could replace the individual keys and they said it wasn't covered because it was due to normal wear and tear. :S

Is anyone else having this problem?

Lenovo cannot replace the individual keys, however if under warranty whole keyboard can be replaced.
