Bypass first welcome wizard in Vista

Hi,

On preinstalled ThinkPads with Vista, does anybody know of a way to bypass the first welcome wizard similar to the way it's possible in XP?

In XP you can press Shift+CTRL+ALT+F3 to log on and do modifications, and then re-seal the machine for the end-user.

I'm looking for a similar thing in Vista to be able to pre-install some extra things before leaving it for the end-user.
