tvttcsd.exe file let run?

I did a new R&R restore on my T60p and since I installed ZoneAlarm I keep getting the warning that "tvttcsd.exe is trying to act as a server". I found little on the Forum and what I have googled on this indicates it's part of the Lenovo/IBM Client Security system, but I can't figure out exactly what it does and if I should permanently let it "act as a server".

Any help?
