fingerprint at power-on not available...

now that i have my latest clean installation of vista ultimate x64 up and running, i decided to enroll my fingerprints.   problem is, the power-on security option is completely missing from the fingerprint control center app.

is this an incompatibility with vista x64?   other than the power-on fingerprint, the FPR works perfectly and doesn't even hang after resuming from sleep.

any ideas?

I have a similar problem. My fingerprint reader does not work after resuming from sleep. I am using Vista Ultimate 32

Solved issue, atleast worked for the person I advised to.
