No Sloomy, the A20p display is 15", the "normal" T22 will only accept 14.1" displays, although there were few that came with 13.3" displays.

Is there any SXGA lCD panel known, which will fit the 14,1 inch from a T22 ?

There's tons of them on eBay here in the US, not sure about eBay.DE.

There were many models of T21s and T22s that came with the 14.1" SXGA+ display and they're all completely swappable.

Lucky you have a T22 that has the IX8+ chip, in a T21 that came with an XGA display you would be out of luck as that came with:

- Savage IX8 in XGA T21s
- Savage IX8+ in SXGA+ T21s

The T20 only came with the IX8 in all variants as no SXGA+ T20 existed from the factory.

T22 all have IX8+ whether XGA or SXGA+ from factory. All can be upgraded to SXGA+

T23, all have SuperSavage IXC/16, whether XGA or SXGA+ from factory, and again all can be upgraded to SXGA+

I can't recommend the SXGA+ resolution enough, it's made using my computer a lot easier and much more fluid for application development. However it isn't everyone's cup of tea, but at 1400x1050 my eyes say that things are far from being all tiny!
