Not sure if anyone has asked this question, but will a SSD hard drive work on a Thinkpad X61s?

X6x series uses 2.5" drives again right? I remember sometihng about the X41 using 1.8" drives. If it uses 2.5" SATA drives then it should be no problem. There's a big SSD thread around here somewhere bur here's some:

I replaced hard drive of my X60s with Mtron 32GB SSD (SATA) and it has been working well for around 2 months. So, it should work with X61s as well.

You must be loaded with $

So is the performance good enough to justify the $?

Thanks, because I am very keen in one too.
