Apologies in advance if someone has answered this, I simply could not find any reference.
My Issue:
Every few days, while using my thinkpad it seems that the drive disconnects and I am left using my thinkpad with whatever has been loaded to ram. I am unable to load any new applications and all the icons on the desktop lose their icons.
A reboot solves the issue. i have latest bios and drivers. since it only happens every once in a while i can generally live with it, and it is far better than letting solectron get its all thumbs on it.
Any ideas?
