R51e Wireless adaptor and ethernet DRIVERS

HD died on my R51e, replaced, installed XP-pro but cannot find drivers for the wireless adaptor, ethernet or audio. Been on the Lenova support site, d/loaded drivers rom there but still won't work. Any ideas anyone?

Welcome to the forum
You can find out in Parts Look-UP which wlan card you have in your TP. (type and s/n can be found on the underside of your TP)

You can then download the correct driver here

Thanks, doesn't list the part number of the WLAN card though.

it does for my TPs. "mini-PCI"

or could you let us know your type and model number from the label, perhaps in your signature. do NOT publish your s/n

If you have the chance please look at the card and publish the FRU number which is printed on it. How to find / remove the mini-PCI and other components is described here
