X22...Whats it worth?

OK..I know I asked this before, but now I need to know what its worth with all the upgrades...I MIGHT need to sell it soon....
It is a X22 with 800 mhz proc.. and ram is now maxed out to 640 megs...20 gig harddrive with the repair partition in tact...battery lasts about 3 hours, it only has 3 or 4 cycles on it...phisical condition is an 8 on a scale of one to 10...maybe better...no major scratchs or cracks..really nice condition and I will hate to part with it, but I may need to. also comes with a USB external CDrom drive and ac adapter.
