Why do I freeze randomly?

Recently T60 just sometimes freeze like randomly in documents, outlook , opening attachments, undocking or anything I got new crucial memory same issue so what can I do? Few months ago I format cleaned install XP, drivers and all I got the latest bios

If it happens frequently enough, try removing the battery and running on AC power. I've seen batteries cause strange problems. Everything from random power loss to constant lockups.
