T43p drop WIFI connection with linksys WAP54g

Hi,

I have problem with loosing wifi connection (AP linksys wap54g with lasted firmware). After disconnect, I can't connect again by pressing icon access connection and choosing my wifi profile, because AC return information "can’t associate". When I open wireless connection status I see

why my connection have only 1Mbps?

when I press "find Wlan" and chose my AP then click on connect button all work ok.

some one know what happened with my connection? Why my connection get down from 54Mbps to 1Mbps and can't go up?

p.s.
this happened on wpa tkip, wpa2 tkip and wpa2 aes
