I mean side from uninstalling it completely, or disabling it from msconfig.. Does it have have it's own "Load on startup" preference anywhere?

The newest version (2.101) has a setting to stop it from running. It works for me. I should note that it is a per user setting. Just run it and take a look in Preferences. BTW, It wasn't always like this, and I used Startup Cop (PC Magazine) to disable it. I like Startup Cop much better than msconfig. ... JDHurst

k3vb0t - Startup CPL works fine - I have a copy, so thanks for mentioning it. I happen to like Startup Cop better, but that is just personal preference. Everyone should have one of these two goodies and use it.

none - I'm glad the new version worked for you.
