Which wireless card for T41?

I have recentlry aquired a secondhand T41 but it has no wireless card inside. I've seen two on ebay and both state that they are compatible with the T41 but I don't know which one to go for. The FRU for the two cards are 93P4239 and 91P7416. Both are the same price. Which one should I go for?

Furthermore the 91P7416 card has the Atheros AR5004G chipset which, from reading these boards, comes highly recommended right?
