T60 Randomly Rebooting Every 5 Minutes or so

Hi,

My T60 (1953D7U) freezes up for about 1-2 seconds, goes black, and restarts randomly.

Any idea on what could be causing this or how to fix it? It's done it twice in the past but healed itself withing a couple hours, but now it's been a few days and I'm a bit worried. I tried to update the BIOS to 2.17 and downloaded several other drivers, but the problem still exists.

If it's any help, I'm running in Safe Mode with Networking now and it hasn't rebooted since I started doing this.
