Upgrading a CPU on Z60m

#1 Post by thebrain1288 » Sat Oct 06, 2007 12:06 pm

Does anyone know if it is possible to upgrade the Processor on my Z60m, currently a Pentium M 2.0 GHz, to a dual core processor. I wasn't sure if the motherboard was the same on the Z61m's. If not does anyone know of any replacement single core processors above 2.5 GHz. Thanks.

Please search the forum for more appropriate results:

T60 Core Duo --> Core 2 Duo

Yes, it will void warranty.
