WTB- Misc Stuff for T40

Just picked up a T40 2373-7CU
I am in need of:

1 gig memory ( 2 512's in a pinch, but prefer 1 stick) just picked up 2 sticks at CompUsa....$25 each)

wireless mini pci adapter (want anyone that does not need any modding)

6 cell battery or 9 cell.....

And on a different note, now that I am overloaded with Thinkpads, (2) T40's and an A31, I need to part with an A22m (2628-rtu), it has never been upgraded and really only needs additional memory to work a bit quicker. Current mem is 192 with a max of 512.
Any suggestions on a price... 6or 7 out of 10. No dents, scratches or bruises only the wear you would expect from this age lappie. I am the original owner (Crucial really dropped the price on these and looks like I will pick up from them a year or so ok they wanted $100 bucks/now $29,,sweet)
