charged to 100% but it says its still charging...

yesterday, the battery was charged to 100% but it said it was still charging and had whatver time left till its fully charged.

today, when i plugged in AC, the battery started to charge but i have set my threshold to 90% (at that time it was over 90% full)

so now it totally ignores the threshold i have set.
do you guys know what is wrong with it?
