Error Message and Cannot use Fn F4 any longer

Interesting. For whatever reason, I no longer have the option to use Fn+F4 if I want to sleep my system. Anyone know why that would be?

Secondly, I keep getting 2 errors messages OVER and OVER again. I removed a program for a portable DVD drive, and whenver I start my system, it says "Fatal Error" Please reinstall .....program."

The second is when I shut down, I get a Microsoft Management Console error and I have to hit "end program" each and every time I want to shut down.

Any thoughts?
