which are files are safe to delete?

What files in \Program Files\Lenovo\System Update\session are safe to delete? There are several large .exe files (between 6 and 82 meg) in there.

Is there a comprehensive list that includes all temporary and old files that can be safely deleted?
T60 2008-CTO - 1.83GHz, 2.5GB RAM, 250GB
T40p 2373-AU4/G3U - 1.6GHz, 1.5GB RAM, 60GB 7200rpm
