Radtexh Screensaverz WORK

#1 Post by kjarrett » Fri Nov 05, 2004 5:23 pm

Closed the lid on my T42p last night with a little too much oomph and I'd forgotten to put the screensavrz in place. Sure enough the cat's tongue trackpoint cap (the only ones I use) made a noticeable mark on my week-old Flexview screen. THE HORROR!!! All it took was a few scrubs with the screensaverz cloth and it was gone. Worth the $ to me!

Yup. I just got mine, and now my screen is always smudge free. It's kept the little nub from marking up my screen as it did before. I notice sometimes, that with my Screensaver in, after a day of carrying it around in it's case in my backpack, there is a noticeable pressure mark on the screensaver from the nub under it. It definitely would have been touching the screen.

I think it was a worthwhile investment as well.

Same here. Love it!

Anyone know if there is a safe way to clean it? E.g. I dust off the screen, I figure eventually the ScreensavRz is going to get really dusty... is there a way to clean it off?

It says you can wash it. Even in the washing machine or something. Crazy...

I was just wondering about cleaning it. Sounds nutty to just throw it in the washing machine. I'm gonna email the vendor...

Care: Shake or brush to remove most debris. Machine or hand wash. Machine dry, no or very
low heat. Steam iron with press cloth if desired. If emblazoned, hand wash for maximum
graphics life.
This is from the care sheet. Right here:
